Damon had his first taste of sweet potatoes the other day...why does it make me sad? I just don't want this! I don't want him to grow up! I just love him and I LOVE babies. But, needless to say, it was pretty cute seeing him eat them!

Josh went snowboarding the other day and when he came home he needed to air out his gloves. So...he put them here.
However, I didn't realize he did and came in and had the scare of my life! I thought some guy was getting into our house!! Now it is pretty funny...but it sure wasn't at the time! Thanks alot Josh.

[We just returned home from a short trip to Florence, Oregon to see some of my family. We were anxious to see my Grandma Dodie (my dad's mother), and also my Aunt Diane, (his only sibling) Uncle Dick, my cousin Deana, and her cute family. It was short but sweet. Very sweet...because of this sweet woman...]
[She absolutely loves babies]
[And Damon just loved her. He was extra content when she would hold him]

[Aaron kept referring to it as the castle]
[It was Damon and Cole's first flight]
[Diane had the neatest home decor from all the places she has visited and from her two missions she and Dick have served. This was our favorite piece]

[little damon was asleep so missed out on our photo op]
[largest sea lion cave in the world]
[Oregon has the most beautiful natural surroundings]
[Annelise and Aaron & Amy did not love the smell inside the seal lion cave! But it was a site to see...there were 300 sea lions resting on the rocks when we visited]
[Andersons, Harlines, Mitchells, & Yeates]
[Annelise made a duct tape purse for her great grandma dodie]
[Dodie and us]
[Dodie, Bob (her husband) and us]

[long nights chatting each night was hard on the kids but they did their best to be good so we could visit]
