Cole has a million different facial expressions that he makes...the kids love to try to catch them when he makes them. It is hilarious. Here is only a couple...

Annelise is definitely a girl who likes to think of others. On Sunday, when everyone else was napping she decided to make strawberry jam and serve it with a menu and have Josh and I come sit and be served after nap. It was so sweet. Notice in her drawing that she drew me holding a baby...I asked her if that was the new baby and she said, "No, that's Cole. I know you will want to still hold him more than the new baby once he comes. Daddy or me can hold him if he needs to be held." :)

[We have our season passes and put them to use already! I just hope the bigger and more pregnant I get that I can waddle around Lagoon to enjoy them!]

I cannot believe school is over! We are three days into summer and I already miss the structure school gives us...but, the break is going to prove to be so needed and timely. Aaron's preschool program went so well, I just love his teachers so much. And Annelise will miss her teacher greatly as well; she cried on the last day of school quite a bit. We have had a great school year.

Annelise was so lucky to get a lantern similar to the ones used in her favorite movie Tangled. (thanks Chels!) She was really excited to fly it and wished it didn't need to burn out! It was so cute and fun to see it fly.

Annelise sprained her ankle the second to last week of school. Which proved to be a major bummer because it made her miss some end of school events, and the only field trip of the year was extra difficult, and we had to carry her in and from school. It made for a long couple weeks while it healed. It did heal up pretty well, despite the doctor telling me it was a severe sprain (from the evidence on the xray); which we are all thankful for. I didn't take any pics of her in her toe to knee brace...which is a surprise since we all know how much I love to snap photos of everything. Annelise did enjoy the extra attention, and the tender loving care she got. I love that she is better.

Josh's parents recetly got their mission call to Cambodia! I just cannot believe it! It was quite a shock to hear Vicky read that as their destination. They have had a very busy past couple months packing up and moving out into a new house and ready-ing themselves for their August 8th report to the MTC. They will do such a wonderful work and we are really excited for them, even though I know they will be so very missed.
